Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you assess adults for ADHD and Autism?

Yes. We provide assessment services for adults, as well as children and adolescents, subject to our service criteria.

Can I request an ADHD or Autism assessment for my child?

Yes. Parents and carers can contact us to discuss an assessment for their child.

Does an assessment guarantee a diagnosis?

No. A diagnosis is made only when the relevant clinical criteria are met and there is sufficient supporting evidence.

What information should I bring?

Relevant developmental history, school or occupational information, previous assessments, medical information, and supporting reports may be helpful.

How long does an assessment take?

The duration varies depending on the person’s age, needs, assessment type, and the information available. We will explain the expected process before booking.

Will I receive a report?

The report and feedback arrangements will be explained before your assessment. Reports are provided according to the service offered.

Do you provide medication?

Please contact the clinic to confirm available services. Diagnostic assessment and prescribing are separate clinical services, and medication is not automatically included in a diagnosis.

Do you offer online assessments?

Please contact us to confirm whether online assessment is available for your needs.
